I've spent over 14 years in real estate, working across some of Australia's largest offices as well as boutique agencies. I currently hold a real estate license, so I understand the industry from the inside, not just from the outside looking in.
That experience means I know the language property managers use, how offices are structured, and where corners tend to get cut when workloads get too heavy. There isn't much left in this industry that I haven't seen.
