    I attend and inspect the property myself, giving you an independent view of its true condition.

  3. You receive your report

    A detailed report outlining any issues found, practical recommendations to fix them, and an overall performance score for your property manager.

  4. Going deeper with the Comprehensive Audit

    The Comprehensive Audit adds a full review of your management agreement against what's actually being delivered, conversations with tenants to surface unresolved issues, independent market research, and a third-party opinion on the rent you should be achieving.
